Tonight is my last night in NYC. It's a little bittersweet. I'm just beginning to understand the City, where to go, when to go and who to go with. If I had the opportunity I would stay a few more months - or a year...or 5. But only for selfish reasons. I completely know that I am doing exactly what God wants me to do in moving to Austin and marrying Gerald. But if He sends us back to NYC...or to Chicago, or Deluth I'm ok with it. Just send me where you want me. I have learned God the Father this year -how He can be very nearly silent and ever so present.
Also, I had a lobster bisque for the first time today. It was good. That's why I love NY - so many firsts. No matter my situation, I always felt it was ok to try something new because odds are, in some way, shape or form, everyone else was too.
Overall, I'm glad I lived here. I've learned so much about myself...I need community.
About God...He's bigger than I realize
About MTA...They can go to hell.
